Loan & Savings Terms
SparzaFi Finance, operated by SparzaFi (Pty) Ltd · Last updated: 22 June 2026
These terms govern micro-loans and savings offered through SparzaFi Finance (finance.sparzafi.store). By applying for a loan, depositing savings, or using this service you agree to these terms. Please read them with the loan amount shown to you before you accept.
1. Who we are
SparzaFi Finance is operated by SparzaFi (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/356587/07, registered office Boshoek Farm, Machadodorp, Mpumalanga, 1170), the credit provider ("we", "us"). Contact: 076 263 3541 / kobdry@gmail.com. You log in with the same SparzaFi account you use at your shop.
2. The loan agreement
- Each loan is a separate agreement. Before you accept, we show you the amount (capital), interest rate, the total amount to repay, and the repayment date.
- The total you must repay = capital + interest (and any agreed fees). Example: at a 35% rate, a R100 loan is repaid as R135.
- By accepting a loan you agree to repay the full amount by the agreed date.
- Loans are offered at our discretion and may depend on your repayment history and trust score.
3. Interest, fees & total cost of credit
- The interest rate for each loan is fixed and shown before you accept (currently 30%–35% of capital per loan term).
- We will disclose any fees up front. We do not add hidden charges.
- All credit is subject to applicable South African law, including the National Credit Act, 2005 (NCA) where it applies. Where the NCA applies, interest, fees and the cost of credit will not exceed the maximums it allows.
4. Repayment, late payment & default
- Repay by the agreed date. You may repay early at any time.
- If you pay late or do not pay, your loan is marked outstanding, your trust score and future loan/credit limits are reduced, and you may be unable to take new loans or shop credit until you settle.
- We may take lawful steps to recover outstanding amounts. We will not use unlawful or abusive collection methods.
5. Savings & withdrawals
- Savings you deposit are recorded to your account and shown as your balance.
- A 2% fee applies to withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal is R5.
- A R10 monthly holding fee is charged (on the 28th). If your balance cannot cover it, your balance may go negative.
- Savings are a record-keeping and convenience service, not a bank deposit, and are not a registered banking product.
6. Your information
We process your personal information to provide loans and savings, assess affordability and risk, and recover amounts owed, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). Identity numbers are stored securely. We do not sell your information.
7. Accurate information & no false statements
You must give accurate, truthful information when applying. Giving false information, or applying on someone else's behalf without permission, may lead to refusal, recovery of amounts, suspension, and reporting where the law requires.
8. Changes, governing law & contact
- We may update these terms; material changes are posted here with a new date. Existing loans keep the terms you accepted.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
- Questions or complaints: 076 263 3541 / kobdry@gmail.com.
